Attorney Lynne A. Ustach has a general practice law firm at 450 Main Street, Suite 202, New Britain, CT. Her practice focuses upon family law including divorce and custody, personal injury actions, including automobile accidents, worker's compensation matters and residential real estate. She has been an Attorney Trial Referee and Fact Finder in civil matters for nearly twenty years and a Special Master in family matters.
Attorney Ustach is currently the secretary of the Connecticut Bar Association. She has also served on the Connecticut Bar Association, Board of Governors and House of Delegates; she was past chair of the American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law in Washington, D.C., and the past President of the New Britain Bar Association. She has also served on the Young Lawyers' Executive Council, the American Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Council and the Hartford County Bar Association Board of Directors.
She has been actively involved in the New Britain community having been past Chair of the Civil Service Commission of the City of New Britain, past Chair of Family Services Inc, a trustee and secretary of the New Britain Museum of American Art and an active volunteer in many other organizations. Attorney Ustach is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Syracuse University Law School. Attorney Ustach focuses upon providing quality legal services in a timely fashion, recognizing that each client's needs are unique and require individual attention.
